Bradley Officials Still Search For Patricia Kelley - After 22 Years

A cold case file of Patricia Louise Kelley’s disappearance 22 years ago is being reopened by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

Ms. Kelley was 25 years old when last seen on August 19, 1983, at a residence on Wildwood Avenue in Cleveland.

An investigator who has been following the missing person case throughout his career is asking the public to help with new information about Ms. Kelley’s disappearance.
Barry Tharp, who is now Director of Forensics, said Ms. Kelley has relatives who live in Bradley County and Hamilton County including daughters Jessica and Kesia who grew up without their mother.
