Police picked her up and brought her back home.<br><br>But in March 2004, Cox  who police and her daughter say has bipolar disorder, meaning her moods can shift dramatically  left the group home where she lived on Vivian Drive and has not returned.<br>Police hope anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts will contact them. <br><br>&quot;She has needed help getting home before, and she just may need help again,&quot; Clarksville Police Department Detective Ronald Parrish said at a press conference Friday, noting that she could be in Clarksville or in Nashville, where she has family.<br><br>&quot;I still believe Ms.... ]]></description>
